Run Leader
As a Run Leader, your role is to:
Lead Club Nights
Everything from the warmup, to the group introduction, to a light meditation to ground people, to pacing the groups to ensure no one gets left behind!
Lead the Online Community
As well as the physical club nights, we also have our online whatsapp groups where our members ‘live’.
Here you can role-model the values and behaviours for others to follow …
From encouraging others to get out there, to sharing your runs, and making others feel welcome
