I’ve been coaching since the age of 16—starting out in watersports before moving into triathlon and running over the last decade.
I’m passionate about pushing my own limits, both mentally and physically, and helping others achieve things they once believed were out of reach. For me, that comes from building a strong coach–athlete relationship, with open communication and regular feedback at its core.
There’s no one-size-fits-all in coaching. I genuinely enjoy tailoring training to the individual and take real pride in adapting my approach to suit each athlete’s needs.
Having taken myself from 20 stone down to 14 stone, from barely managing a 3-mile run to competing at the highest level in triathlon and completing 100+ mile ultra-marathons, I know what it takes to achieve big goals.

Chrissie is a Meditation and Breathwork Practitioner and Performance Coach and joined the MARA Team in 2023 to lead our Retreats and now supports our MINDSET Programmes for athletes and business.
