It's a chance to meet new people and get out for a run with others

MARA or BEAR? Or totally new to this and want to get involved?
This event is for EVERYONE

We don't care who runs furthest or fastest, we're about running together, running mindfully and running to feel good

There will be a big group warmup and intro
The run will be led by MARA Run Leaders
And then it's a 5k run
No one get's left behind

Plus we'll finish up at BEAR for a post-run social
